The following video clip (or transcription, as you wish) is from the prestigious TED organization, and relates a fascinating person experience dealing with brain/ mind issues, and the nature of reality, by neuroanatamist Jill Bolte Taylor.  (You may need to download, vs play; or read transcript.)

The clip that follows was forwarded by a Friend.  While no attribution was given with the clip, it appears to be a sema amongst some West Indian Sufis.  It is an interesting work as both a cultural study, and also as a work of spiritual art.  Why it is called ‘milkandcookies’ is anyone’s guess:

Also referred to us is a very gifted artist named Alex Gray.  His reputation has spread rapidly over the last few years, and his work and his vision is very impressive. What follows is a video-clip of the artist, discussing his work:

As a simple palate-cleanser, there is Adam’s monkey dance:

It has been often said that ‘the eyes are the mirrors of the soul.’  If one’s eyes are open, it is a true statement.  Are you eyes open?

There is a wonderful clip of Peter Murphy, in Peter Murphy Cuts You Up:

In every religious tradition, there are individuals and organizations who transcend their tradition, in the sense that they grow beyond the constraints of one way of thinking.  One of the universal men was Ramana Maharshi, who many Blaketashis hold dear.  A video about Maharshi can be found at:

Also important to many Blaketashis is the Kriya Yoga of Yogananda, as articulated by Paramahamsa Prajnanananda.  Their excellent site follows:

Nazim Haqqani is not a bad fellow, for a Sufi.  The description given of his role in the world is much overblown, but he is a wise man who is up to the Idries Shah experiment.  Please forgive him and us.  You may see a video about Nazim at:

Some of our UK friends have mentioned the work of Eugene Halliday, audio files from whom may be accessed at:

And last, and least, is a palate cleanser with an after-taste:
